Police watchdog investigating after young boy expires, OPP officer hurt in shooting near Lindsay, Ont.

A one-year-old boy is dead and two individuals, such as an Ontario Provincial Police officer, were seriously injured after an altercation near Lindsay, Ont., on Thursday.
