U.S. government Will Not say why it Permits Canadians to fly to U.S. despite Boundary closure

Regardless of the Canada-U.S. boundary closure to non-essential traffic, Canadians can fly into the usa for leisure traveling. The U.S. government declined to tell CBC News why.
