Man, 30, charged using 2nd-degree murder in deaths of boys in Wendake, Que.

Members of this community gathered at a memorial Sunday to pay homage to 2 boys, ages 5 and 2, in Wendake, Que., who had been found dead before that day. A man has been charged with all second-degree murder in connection with their deaths.
