Homicide victim found in burned-out SUV Recognized, but the mystery surrounding U.S. fugitive remains

Homicide investigators in B.C.’s Lower Mainland have verified the identity of a man found at a burned-out SUV to a forest service road, more than 3 years after the body has been discovered.
